Our Spring Programs are up and running and we need your donations to help keep things moving. Spring donations help pay for music licensing, transportation, specialists and more! Without donations, these programs cannot function!

OMG Bylaws Update
We needed to add a few more details to our Bylaws, so check them out below. If you have anything you'd like to discuss,
our discussion and vote have been postponed until our March 5th OMG Meeting.
Our Oiler Music Guild Bylaws (nonprofit rules/guidelines) have gone through a bit of an upgrade and revision. We have corrected some info regarding program directors and added info regarding video meetings.

OMG Annual Banquet Planning - help plan our Awards Banquet!
Several Board Positions and Chair Positions will be available next school year and we need to get them filled! I know it seems like everything runs smoothly within the program (most of the time), but that is ONLY because of this year's INCREDIBLE Board!!!! That will NOT happen if we don't know fill these positions! Let us know how you can help!

Being on the board is a great opportunity to get involved and help all these talented students. If you know someone who would be a good fit, or if you want to be more involved in nominations, please reach out to our Parliamentarian, Linda Farrow.
We are looking for a Chairperson to organize the WGASC Color Guard Championships on April 12. Cielito will help mentor. Please email Cielito.

Additional Notes for Parents and Students-
- We are finally into March and we have some big weeks coming up! We start the week with a mardi gras parade @ HBHS during lunch on Tuesday. We’ll be celebrating with APA council, parading thru campus. Students should leave their 3rd period class at 10:45am and meet in the band room. Try to have students wear something purple, gold, green, or fun! Bonus points if they have beads to wear or a fun hat!
- We end the week with our first drumline competition of the year with Saturday’s comp @ Marina HS. For more information on the competition, click here. We are also looking for chaperones and truck drivers! Please click here if you are interested.
