  • HONOR CORD & LETTER APPLICATIONS are due on March 15th. a. APPLICATIONS can be found on the APA Web Site

  • Orchestra Families…Please remember to LOG all your volunteer hours (and your family member's) on this Google form https://forms.gle/Ft9HJV7R5UUoJFkf6 as often as you like once you have completed tasks. Typical hours include time spent at Guild meetings (count as 1hr each), working at all our wonderful shows/events, fundraisers, tech dinners, double tech dinners and instructor support/help etc. Guild Board members should also include all those hours planning and implementing Guild business. Truly EVERYTHING you do is appreciated and all of it counts! As you know, we ask that every family volunteer a minimum of 25 hours per student, per school year, in any capacity you choose. If you attend an APA show outside your own Guild, that your student is NOT participating in, it will = 1 hour volunteer time; simply log these as "Other" on the form.  Just a reminder as the mid year recap notices are being sent out by the APA office…we want to make sure your numbers are accurate.
